The Vice Rector of the University “St. Kliment Ohridski ”- Bitola, prof. Dr. Marjan Gjurovski had a working meeting with the Minister of Justice Bojan Maricic, MA. They discussed the establishment of cooperation between the Ministry of Justice and the administrations and departments within it with the units of the University. After signing a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Justice and the University “St. Kliment Ohridski ”- Bitola, which will be additionally realized, Minister Maricic and Vice-Rector Gjurovski agreed to consider the possibilities for creating a university program for professional development for the employees in the Sanctions Office, ie in the penitentiary institutions which would be realized with support of international organizations.
At the same time, in the forthcoming period, the possibilities for establishing more intensive cooperation of the units of the University with the Ministry of Justice will be considered, with special emphasis on the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Security.
